Delivery
We aim to provide our customers with a fast and efficient delivery service for UK. We try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If your item is out of stock you will be advised by phone or email.
Delivery Times
Royal Mail & Interlink aim to deliver to addresses in urban areas by 3pm every working day and addresses in rural areas by 5.30pm every working day (exceptions are made for remote areas with limited transport links such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland). Whilst Royal Mails and Interlinks aim is to meet these times wherever possible, there may be slight delays in some extreme circumstances, e.g. traffic delays or adverse weather conditions.
Delivery Instructions
During the checkout process there is a special section in Shipping and Handling which allows you to leave a delivery instruction e.g. "if out leave with a neighbour". Please note this service is also available on telephone orders; please ensure that the request is made to the sales advisor.
Missed Delivery
If there is no one present to take delivery of the goods Royal Mail will either leave an attempted delivery card or they will try to deliver to a neighbour if possible. This card will contain the information of what delivery office you can pick your parcel up from (make sure you take one form of identification with you) and the details to arrange a re-delivery if more convenient.
